Please fix the coop attack speed issue ASAP (PS5)

My wife and I are playing on PS5. The attack speed issue has been promoted multiple times.

Player one will lose attack speed whenever entering a new zone. Player 2 does not attack speed at all.

This is not a simple bug but makes the game unplayable. Unbelievable that the manager allows the release of the game. It costs $60+ US dollars and not playable??? What is on your mind, Blizzard?

Blizzard! Fix this plz! Seriously!

Im playing on Xbox and have the same issue when my wife logs on. Attack speed plummets by 50 to 70 %.
Makes playing the game atrocious.
Blizzard please get on this ASAP.
