Please fix PC mouse-over for corpse explosions!

Seriously, Console have auto-aim and our skills dont go off if we dont have the cursor EXACTLY over a corpse. Come on. At least make it the next closest to the cursor!

Yeah, this is annoying.

I dont think I could play Corpse game with a console. I have Corpse for Corpse Explosions in front of me and unused Corpses for Summon Skellys behind me to buff my minions. Mouse Over wont work for me.

You didnt get it. Nobody wants console to get mouse-over. We just want them to fix PC.

more noticeable with tendrils , the times i have pressed tendrils to find nothing happens , and having to try again , almost spamming it to get it to fire , the precision for tendrils needs loosening up a bit ,

I prefer how it is now. I can strategically place tendrils and corpse explosions where I want.

More precision.
More control.

You have the option to play with a controller on PC for auto-aim.

In dungeons often you need to get out of a small room because the elite fill the whole room with poison and fire abilities. Then its hard to put the mouse over the corpses in the room because you dont see them.

Corpses should be like an additional resource.

When a corpse is there then the ability should be triggered at mouse location (mostly over an enemy) without the need to put the mouse over the corpse location.
This frees us to leave unused corpses (and in conclusion unused damage) because no enemies were near them.

Also its easier to buff and keep alive our minions when you and they under heavy attack and you have to constantly moving.

i agree 100%. the radius needs to be bigger. the radius to trigger the corpse

Honestly just expanding the range to not need pinpoint precision would be enough. Just a tiny bit of hit slop would be such a huge QoL upgrade

Agreed, CE and CT needs a fix, pin point presisjon makes it very enoying.

if i wanted to play with controller i would have a console …
until blizzard fix BCE blackout then tendrils is a pain to use , im not the only one who has posted about tendrils not firing on first keypress…

bind to keyboard or right click. hold down button as you move cursor toward corpse. don’t try to hit button when cursor is on corpse.
but yeah, it should probably just explode the nearest corpse to your cursor.
It’s painfully obvious no one at Blizzard played necro at all.
BCE cloud…
Minions die too often and do too little damage in upper levels. Why does Sacrifice exist? Necro without summons is just a crap sorc.
summon cast speed and animation is painfully slow.
oh, my minions all died in 3 seconds, let me spend 10 seconds trying to summon them while running from enemies that are 5 times faster than me… nevermind, got perma CC’d
Why are enemies Unstoppable? You just broke 90% of endgame necro builds because any effects that activate on CC become useless endgame.
So everyone just specs meta bone spear spammer. So f’ing boring

though I hated the transition to Bone Spear. The build is hell of fun. Just not what you expect when playing a Necro!

I found a minion hybrid build that’s working at lvl73 on nm34. It’s really fun 95% of the time. Except I can’t run blood mist, so you the other 5% means dying too many times in some NM and losing key/wasting time. I expect to die if I’m not paying attention and take 2 or 3 big hits. Or don’t avoid incoming 1 shot attack that has a couple of seconds warning. It’s the unpredictable 1 shots, like most of the monster charging skills. and the 4 way fireball. I can’t always see that it is about to go off, or in what direction. Needs better visuals cues or less dmg. I can kill butcher, but it’s just not fun or rewarding. I just run circles around a column raising skeletons, decrepify, golem. With the occasionaly BCE or blight. Rather than having to run constantly, would be nice if minions could hold aggro with me spending more time than usual healing them.

Don’t have an issue at all with CE but with corpse tendrils it can be a nightmare. Especially with sever because there is no guarantee where the corpse is going to land if your swing hits a group of mobs. It could form under any that got hit by the arc rather than the one that you are focusing.
