PLEASE fix Andariel's Visage!

I crafted Andariel’s Visage over Shaco today. My first uber craft. I didn’t want to be a meta slave and thought it would work nicely with Tyriel’s might and Temerity. Turns out the best part about it, the life steal, is completely broken. It doesn’t life steal 3% AT ALL. In fact the 2% hp aspect is way WAY better which is UTTERLY ridiculous. I do 5 million to 50 million hits. Why is my HP not moving?!?!?

Either fix the life steal, or give me a shaco. You MUST respect 800h+ of game time. Ruined by this nonsensical bug. Its literally an UBER. Make it work properly! It currently is worse than any helm in the game.

Pleeaaaase do something about this!

Same story here – the lifesteal is doing literally nothing. While wearing Andariel’s Visage, I clear several entire packs in helltides and my health doesn’t go up at all… I have to drink a potion.

Not to mention that the proc is bugged as well – it still does its damage centered on the player (which makes it useless for ranged builds) while only the visual effect happens correctly on the mob.
