I hate that diablo 4 is a barb game. There are so many reasons to play a barb over any other class. A class that has 2 2h buff, plus 2 weapon slots allows for more aspects, more stat weight, more strength, more defense, more everything. It’s clear they are the favored class in this game by leaps and bounds. These patch notes are a great example.
I’ve played druids for multiple seasons. Most of our builds are trapped by crappy uniques like the tempest roar, and aspects like stampede and shepard, or something along those lines. We dont have the aspects, the slot resources to work both defense and offense, or have room to play with aspects.
I’ve finally caved and just rerolled as a barb and it is jaw dropping to see how different the game is when you have the room to gear your character. It’s beyond ridiculous the gap between the two.
This new patch is borderline a joke.
Please please take a good hard long look at druid.
Please please, make shop items that actually show up on a shapeshifted druid, why would any druid buy gear that they almost never get to see unless they are in town.
Please remove the tempest roar, put it in the paragon or talent board., and give us at least another 2h slot, or a 200% focus slot.
Please stop making it season of the barb over and over and over.
