yea I found it kind of weird the game didn’t come with paladin/crusader or something similar and that the only shield using class have no talents (active or passive), paragon nodes or aspects that requires using a shield.

They will come with the next DLC. It will also probably expand the map to the southwards and you will find Kurast, where you originally fight Mephisto in D2 so it would fit really well with the current story.

If you explore the map, there’s a broken bridge in Hawezar which leads to the South. I think it’s natural that the next DLC would expand the map southwards.
Perhaps ultimately they will open up the whole Sanctuary and we’d be able to sail to the west continent.

This would be a great idea! But first they should focus on getting the classes we already have to work right.

We are pretty far from an expansion. But they will shurely come.
There are also docks on the western shores. So we can take a ship. Nirelle also sailed away, probably towards Kanduras.

yeah, no reason why Blizzard could not add additional classes into the game. They can just be the stand-alone class (no need for extra content like expansions stuff, even though I want expansions! love to explore new stuff). Just make a few new classes and slowly put them into the Shop and we can just pick them up, if we want, for a price.
Of course I don’t expect them to release any new classes anytime soon because they need to figure out the base game as it is first. It does require a bit more work (like getting more content/activities for level 80-100 players.
Still, they can certainly do that (new classes)!
Might be the only way to a “Working” Class.
Battlenet shop or ingame shop?
Ingame shop. In the same place we can see all the cosmetic armors available for purchase currently. Or what ever anyone else anyone thinks works best. I’m just a gamer, a consumer of content! A terrible content creator heh heh.
guy is crazy if he thinks people will be ok with buy classes being a thing, would be a nail in the coffin to this dying game.
But yes they need to add all the classes back to diablo
also first expansion needs to be free cause this current pile they had isnt worth the money people spent
Absolutely F-ing not. Can you imagine the back lash? Even a stand alone DLC for $10 would blow up immens amounts of “D4 disgusting pay to win” threads in these days.
Oh I don’t know about that, I’ve probably sunk 500 hours into Diablo 4 by now, loved every minute of it. Well worth the cost of the game, but sure I understand it’s not like that for everyone. Such is life.
i get it their are slow minded people who play games who can retain fun by even looking at the wall but you are the minority in this situation.

Eh… so when Blizzard launches an expansion to D4 (that perhaps will include a new class) that’s a bad thing? They did it in D3 if I remember correctly, necromancer? I never bought the necromancer, but people did.
