My wife and I are not able to play together. We have 2 X box consoles in our home. We can see that each other are online in the console friends section of the social tab, but when we try to invite each other to game nothing happens. The other person doesn’t get a request. We have also tried to add each other by BattleTag, but again the other person doesn’t receive any request. We each have our own console and our own TV. How is this supposed to work?
Im playing on Xbox and a friend on PS5. We added each other with “add friend” in game via our battletags. Then I opened battle.net app on PC (I use it to play wow) and the invitation showed up from my friend on PS5. Accept friend request on PC Battle.net app and go back into Diablo 4 on Xbox. You are now friends and can join each other in a party.
