Hey guys I keep having problems with my Xbox controller where while I’m playing it’s trying to switch to the mouse.
Even happens when I unplug my mouse
Any tips?

Are you connecting with wired controller, wireless controller with a usb cord connected to pc, or with a wireless controller connecting with bluetooth?
Wired controller/wirelss with usb cord you could try a different usb port. Wirelss controller you could try using a different usb cable. If you are connecting with a wireless controller with bluetooth you can see if bluetooth drivers has an update.
I have used my wireless xbox controller and i never had any issues. I currently use a Duelsense connected with a usb cord with no issues.

I have the same issue, and in fact when it does this the menu buttons don’t work. It makes the game hard to play - I have to continually unplug my controller and plug it back in for it to work for a few minutes. Tried several controllers, different mouses, different ports, updated all drivers, verified and reinstalled Diablo IV, I’ve gotten nowhere. Blizzard hasn’t responded to this issue.

Turns out my controller is busted I grabbed a new one yesterday works fine now
