Play button orginially greyed out, Uninstalled no theres no install button

The button was completely greyed out at first and wouldnt update of patch. Then i tried to uninstall the game now theres no play or install button at all even if i resize the window. Ive restarted the app, my PC everything. I uninstalled the game and tried downloading from the website. after all the installations it said i cant play this game yet? I got a Error Codes: BLZBNTBNA000000C8 Is my account on hold? Ive purchased the game already ive been playing it for a while now. On my account it even has an active status for the game

Only reasons I can think of:

  • Your account you are logged into Bnet with is not the same account you bought the game on.

  • Your account had been banned.

Have you logged into batttlenet’s website to check the status of your purchased games?

https://account.battle.net/games

Go here ^ log in, and see what games are on your account and their status. You can also look here:

https://account.battle.net/transactions

To see what was purchased on your account.

You may need to uninstall the Bnet app, RESTART (make sure you choose restart, not shut down) your Windows and then reinstall the app. Have you tried that yet?

Already checked. The game is in my account, My status is active. I havent received any sort of notification that I was banned. and I already did restart and shut down. Nothings worked so far

Then I suggest doing the:

Yup did all that already.

uninstall your bnet files this way to remove hidden files that could be corrupted:
(i doubt this will fix it, but worth a shot)

uninstalling the battle.net app > manual method as well

i found an odd post that may be something to try.
flush your dns:

windows key > cmd > “ipconfig /flushdns”

3rd party antivirus security entry blocking via firewall

windows defender firewall > delete all entries for diablo and battle.net
force the apps to request access again

Delete the Prefs file? Documents\Diablo IV\LocalPrefs.txt

And you did that in the specific order I instructed? Restarting Windows in-between removing and reinstalling?

Thats the original Order I followed coincidentaly
