Pit run not unlocking Torment I

Did a torment pit run with SB level 60. Received info that I can unlock Torment, went to the statue to change difficulty, received another info, but Torment I is still locked.

Did another pit run 20 run. No unlock.

Difficulty also not available on character select menu.

Playing on Xbox series X, got 3 other characters there, solo (with henchmen).

Not sure if related but my first fight with the wolf also didn’t save properly and I had to do it once more (game crashed after loot fell out of mefisto).

This is still in the game? I start thinking that blizzards really really only cares about sparks and infernal hordes… This is just sad… Kurast undercity does not reward anything if you play in a group… Just did a the rune tribute with my brother and the only thing we got was legendaries… No rune, just the legendaries, after that we did the tribute that gives uniques and again nothing but legendaries and no uniques and this is in the game since day one of the expac release
