Did T12 pit runs to level up my glyphs. Bar fills up 100% and boss is suppose to spawn but is no where to be found. Full clear the current map, back tracked and went to the upper floors to see if the boss spawned there but there is no boss.
I can second this, cleared with 3/4 of bar empty and boss never spawned
