So after hours of nmd and using the potion I finally find this altar, get the achievement and yup you guessed it, its still unlocked on my character. Great job Blizzard, keep up the good work. Whoever came up with the idea of locking the power behind rng in nmd deserves a promotion

How rare are the alters anyway? I’ve only done like 5 NMDs, 3 with the potions and haven’t seen a one. Do you need to be 60?
no you dont understand, its supposed to unlock and you get it automatically when you find the altar. im mad because its bugged, i finally found the stupid thing and it didnt give me the power but i have the achievement.

actually you get a random one of the 4 hidden witch crafts. its not guaranteed to be piranhado

exactly. After all they are unique witch powers. makes sense that they eventually are at least semi rare. (if we want to call anything in d4 rare)
