On the quest “Pilgrimage” Act 1, at the last part of the walk where you are suppose to meet with Vigo praying, Vigo is missing in action. I had to restart my game and do the whole walk over again, very disappointing and makes me rethink purchasing the expansion. I tried teleporting out and coming back, I tried walking away and the quest icon reappeared but when I walked back over, nothing.

I am having the exact same issue. I started playing again as the expansion was appearing everywhere and thought about picking it up, started playing and hit this bug which is stopping advancing in story. Really annoying.
