Cannot complete quest, ‘Speak with Vigo’ after bringing statue to The Anointed Ascent.
Vigo does not appear/show up.

Having the same issue (Xbox) . Hope this gets resolved.

did you solved it? you just need to finish listen to each audio before picking up the lantern and move on.

I was able to complete it, I teleported back to the main town, portaled back, the quest restarted and at the end he was there
