Seriously! It’s terrible. How have they not acknowledged it? I understand the licensing problem but you can also acknowledge the fact that there’s an issue.
Example:
“Hey all, we are aware that there’s an issue with last gen consoles and sound tearing. While we do not know currently what is causing this issue, we would like to acknowledge that it is an ongoing problem and let the community know that we are actively working toward a solution. We will update you (Blizzard, please for the love of Sanctuary, actually update us) throughout the process.”
Is it really that difficult to acknowledge and empathize?

the industry just speak money language, they have the PTR to know every problem, but didnt care at all
