Petition to remove Butcher from the game until the balance against the environment is better.

He used to be iconic, instilled fear in your heart when you heard the words “Fresh Meat”.

Now he might as well be making balloon animals. :rofl:
The last Dungeon I was in my enchantments/conjurations killed him before he could finish saying Fresh Meat. Poor dude. It is just embarrassing.

I don’t know how you managed to Disneyfy him…but you did.

True, but I’d also add that seeing him only in dungeons is kind of sad. I’d love to randomly encounter him in the helltides, in the open world. God, even in Kyovashad while I’m selling stuff. More Butcher for everyone :heart:

to be clear: more Butcher, less disney version of the Butcher.

I cant remember the last time that I saw the butcher and I run a lot of nmd. I dont even see him in IH anymore as an option.

The Butcher is nice, but als nice would be:

  • Mrs Butcher
  • Butcher splitting into multiple Mini Butchers
  • Invisible Butcher (Predator Butcher)

Poor Butcher! I remember a time when I would not even try to fight him when I met him in a NMD. I would just miserably let him kill me and accept to have only 3 lives left to finish the dungeon.

Why to remove? Buff him and that will be good. Better to have a petition to buff the butcher so. Also should be great to see him in the open-world sometimes.

I still want a giant world boss Kaiji Butcher. Bonus points if he kills the expected world boss before attacking players. :smile:

S8 would be the perfect opportunity to add him as ladder boss as well tho.

Honestly like why not this kind of stuff? Sure with the internet nothing will be a surprise for long; but like, why not have Avarice secretly replaced with Greed during the goblin event?

In fact I seem to remember the D4 build up talking about how dynamic it was going to be, how like you’d be running around with your friends and a boss would crash through a wall and attack suddeny.

All we got was the butcher, who appeared out of nowhere, killed you, and left. Then he got neutered when NMDs did. Now we have nothing notable. Oh, sometimes the ground is red during hordes and I don’t know why. Forgot about that one.

I remember those days. That was back when he was a real danger. Id send my golum to distract then try and sprint far enough away and port out. Not anymore.

These days if I see him, which is rare, its a different story. I hear " Fresh Meat!" and reply " Red Meat!" before deleting him.

I totally get the feeling. It’s something that you liked in the past and every time you see it now you get frustrated for how :poop: it is.

Buff im real hard, and make it hard to kill, like in the good 'ld days
And make it’s spawn rate even bigger,

Reason why (part of the reason why) he’s so easy to kill is because (I’d say most) people have these builds that do so much damage He can’t even move before he’s killed.

I also think he should be roaming the world randomly and is harder to kill (or nearly) hard to kill as a world boss.

And the loot for killing him better be Better I say!
