I would just like to report this issue about Messaging or Replying another player. I bought the game from steam platform. I can’t message or reply to another player who isn’t in my Friend list yet. Does messaging had restriction issue? Do I need to buy D4 from BattleNet so this issue resolved?
My BattleNet chat setting are all set to Public!
