i have same problem.They broke the game since 2 season and they still didnt fix this problem. Its seems that problem is very deep and they dont want to spend time on it.Not profitable.there is even topic from june with this problem lmao

My patience is wearing thin with Diablo 4 and its incessant freezing when attempting to open menus and performing certain actions, such as fast travel. The freezes apply to specific menu items.
