Even if stuff is nerfed, the game is still intended to be played, cleared and so on so forth. It’s not re-balanced to be unplayable or whatnot.
Way I see it, people who quit the game and complain about it are just weak. They keep going on and on about how the game is so hard and how much more fun it is but yet they can’t deal with the nerfs? Make it make sense pls!
For me, like, f- the bs, I’m going all in, and you know what? I’m actually doing ok in the game! Imagine that! I’m still deleting elites and bosses. Raxx OTOH got 100-0 in Zone 1. I dunno man. I’m playing the same class and I’m not too high in levels and I’m doing alright.
Season 8, or 0.2.0, bring it. I’m still playing the game. I saw a video where one of the streamers said he felt miserable and didn’t want to suffer. Well you know what, it’s not supposed to be comfortable and it’s not supposed to be easy.
What they are doing now is their solution to lack of endgame. Make it take longer and be harder to reach endgame. Endgame as of now is end game. As in you stop playing. Season 7 was also way too fast.
They do need to make some major tweaks. Otherwise could you see yourself still playing 4 seasons from now?
Well, if people want to quit, thats fine. They can go seek refuge at whatever game is being plastered all over the D4 forums for solace and there is nothing wrong with that. Just, you know, leave and dont post for the next year about how you are leaving
I don’t see how you can possibly say that for “both” games. D4 is struggling with it but GGG has made POE2 nothing but a slog with their desire for “better balance”
Guys, guys… It’s just Wukong. They always act up, but can never show anything. They always claim they are the best, or the smartest player, who found a build no one noticed, and how great it is, but will never proove anything. So take everything with they say with a ton of salt. They are boasting and lieing even when they ask something. They are giveing me huge Bravata vibes… If you know, you know.
I will play if there are significant changes
If it’s just powers every season and no significant improvements to the game. I’ll wait for the new expansion and play POE 2 against my will.
POE 2 aside, Blizzard caused the Season 8 uproar with how they presented S8 to the players:
“A Blizzard developer stated that only around 40% of players should realistically be able to reach Torment 4 difficulty in Diablo 4, suggesting it’s designed to be a challenging endgame goal.”
Throw in slower leveling, less loot, and for many it’s apparently not an attractive season.
