If you have these boots the only reason to wear them is the chill effect but it’s bugged. FYI
The chill will not be applied for any number of reasons. To fix you have to take them off and put them back on.
Be weary of these boots and remove and put them back on every new dungon.
Must be a new bug, I had them for a couple of days and they worked fine. Replaced them over the weekend.
If you are an ice shards sorc, the chill is NOT the reason you wear them.
It’s the multiplicative damage bonus that is really really insane.
But it is A reason. Runback with the chill streak on the ground with a lvl 1 full bliz chill is a mass of mobs frozen to auto shard.
But I hear you.
The chill is not meaningless and an added function when working properly. Just check on a test mob to make sure chill is applying because often, it’s not.
Might as well make sure you have all the tools in the kit
