From day one until around 06/18/23 the PDP Victrix Gambit controller worked flawlessly with DiableIV. It was just so great. But it was short lived. Randomly the game started opening up menu items and chat windows when pressing buttons on the controller. Primary attack button (A) 98% of the time opens the chat window and does not actually perform your primary attack.
I have tried updating firmware on the controller, uninstalling the PD drivers, uninstalled diabloIV, heck I even reinstalled windows 11 and downloaded everything fresh again. Still have the same issue. I have gone over all the settings I can think of both in-game, in the battle.net launcher app, in Windows and in the PDP software. NO matter what I try, nothing fixes it.
I do not have another controller to test to see if the same thing happens with a different device but I would guess that it would.
Anyone else experiencing this issue? If so, were you able to identify the root cause?
