What is your error? It seems fine to me.
Way way back, I had an issue where the client was crashing non-stop seemingly for no reason.
Turning on debug mode led me to a file to disable something have to do with Razer synapse software that was still installed on PC.
There was a similar entry for corsair software.
This was almost a year ago now, but still that debug thing is someting you can try so you can see the log dumps and search for the error.

Stop acting like this isnt a thing. It is well established at this point that the game is unplayable for a large % of players and it has nothing to do with their hardware.

He was just posting that the patch didnt fix anything, in fact there are a ton of reports thats its made it worse for most and is now affecting people that werent crashing before.

I’m not having any problems. There’s a ton a variables and you’re not giving ANY information other than “crash”. Seems to me like the problem is on your end. When is the last time you updated your drivers? What anti virus are you using? What internet service and speed are you using? Are you wireless? Et cetera. Give some modicum of information if you want help.

I didn’t say it wasn’t a thing.
I literally told you something you can try to figure it out. The customer is always right and I’m giving you the benefit of the doubt and trust that you have issues.
What I’m telling you is that I have 2 PCs one modern one very old and both are seemingly fine.
I even gave you an example of a different time when I was having similar issues as you (most people were fine, my client kept crashing).
If you want to wait for them to get around to it, then knock yourself out. If I had done that, I might still be waiting.

Is you trying to underplay the problem. Just look at the technical support forum. It is on fire with crashing problems. This isnt just a few people experiencing it, a sizeable chunk of the playerbase that cant play the game.
Hence getting hotfixes for crashes legit everyday this week so far. People are getting frustrated though, because the patches arent fixing it and its going on 2 weeks since release. We paid for the game and we cant play it.
I mean. Youre acting like OP did something wrong by not giving you his specs or a crash report… when that wasnt what he was asking for. He was complaining about the hotfixes not fixing anything…

He did do something wrong by not doing that. There is a thing called “process of elimination”. You might have heard of it. It’s the best way to find the common denominator (I hope oyu know and can understand what that is/means).

Weve already gone through the process of elimination man. For going on 2 weeks haha. It is 100% the client. This isnt new. Youre just too dense to see that. And would rather make it seem like its something on his side…
