I have a surface pro 9, which the only SSD i have is the NVMe, i cannot install diablo 4 in a slower HDD or SSD.
I have seen several resolutions about this issue in this forum, where they moved to a slower SSD/HDD and it resolved, sadly im not able to.
How can i have my issue resolved or a answer for customers that are in the same scenario as myself?
(I’m an IT architect myself, I have read all previous posts, and tried all the recommended troubleshoot steps, if that matters for anything.)

There is no fix now. All blizzard support says is the BS troubleshooting steps, none of which work.

There’s no way this bug lasts. Countless people use NVMe.

I have the latest patch and I still can’t start D4 due to this issue.
Any luck with this?
Cause i have a samsung evo nvme 1tb drive that i purchased specifically for this game.
All i know is it worked during server slam, no idea if it will work for live or not after hearing this turn of events.
