anyone getting disconnected from Diablo 4 recently. My computer has just started disconnecting every 5 to 10 minutes and auto reconnects straight away but I have to restart the dungeon and of course I’ve lost my potions. I cannnot play the game because of this.
You just said it, your PC disconnects. It can be faulty hardware, or bugged software, and probably not even related to D4. Anyway, try to reinstall or repair D4…
yea bad wording on my behalf. I meant the game disconnects. I have a nbn speed test set up to run on my 2nd screen and when the game drops out I run the speed test and my internet is fine. It happens with D3 and Immortal also.
I am too. Just started happening a few weeks ago for me. I was playing with no problem for quite a while, then this started happening again. Happened the 1st time I bought the game about a yr ago. At that time I just got a refund and just tried again a year later. Worked fine for a good 6 months or so after 2nd purchase. I’ve tried all the troubleshooting steps other than getting a tech out to check the connection to my house. But I have taken my laptop over to friends’ houses, hotels, and coffee shops. I get the same result at all locations. I have zero issues with other games and streaming services. This has to be a problem on the server side. Nothing else has a problem on my end.
