Patchnotes 1.1.1

Season 1 Quality of Life adjustments:

  • Added Aspects that require level 1 and can only be equipped to level 50:
→ Aspects are especially for players who already have a high leveled character to increase the pace bringing a new character to the endgame in an efficient way.
→ Aspects will increase gained experience points, reduce required Grim Favors, increase experience points from all sources like Legions, Silence Whispers objectives, returning Grim Favors to the Tree of Whispers and Helltides.
→ Renown is shared between all characters during a season
  • Capstone Dungeons level recommendation adjusted from level 50 to 44 in World Tier 2 and level 70 to 58 in World Tier 3
  • World Tier 2 (Veteran): Sacred items can drop after reaching level 45 in WT 2 & 3
  • World Tier 3 (Nightmare): Ancestral items can drop after reaching level 60 in WT 3 & 4
  • General: Reduced level requirement for Sacred items to level 50 (before: 60) and Ancestral items to level 70 (before: 80). This should allow players to use found items for other characters much faster than previously.
  • Helltides:
→ Helltides last 15 minutes longer
→ Opening chests give 1 Grim Favor
→ Opening mystery chests give 3 Grim Favor
→ Once a Helltide is active Silence Whispers automatically activate for the duration of the helltide
→ Aberrant Cinders are displayed above players portay in parties and Cinders are collected through kills instead of picking them up
→ Monster density increased by 15%
→ Added 7 new Events for Helltides only
→ Players in an active helltide share a total count of collected cinders. Depending on the gathered Cinders: at the end of a helltide a random Boss from all Dungeons spread out through Sanctuary appears.
The more Cinder all players gather leads to a stronger boss but also to more loot.
  • Added Armory:
→ Equipped Items, Skill Tree & Paragon Board can be saved up to three different loadouts
  • Gems no longer use stash space, instead are found at “Materials & Stats” on the Character screen
  • Aspects no longer use stash space, instead are saved in “Collections; Y” in the Codex of Power. You can choose between the different rolled Aspects at the Occultist in the Aspect dropdown menu
  • Renown awards:
→ Swapped “Max Obols” & “4 Paragon Points” so players can recieve 4 Paragon Points earlier than currently
→ Waypoints Renown Value increased from 20 to 25
→ Waypoints are active in the next season and for all new characters
→ Side Quests Renown Value increased from 30 to 40
→ All Characters share the same progress of Side Quests and Waypoints, not only collected Altars of Lilith and Areas Discovered during a season.
→ Seasonal renown progress will be taken over to the eternal realm once the season ends and the characters are moved from seasonal to eternal realm
  • Mount
→ Cooldowns removed from dismounting with attacking
→ Removed blockades in the open world
→ Mount doesn’t slow down if the mouse cursor is close
→ Mount is also fast in towns
→ Players do not have to dismount to speak with NPCs
→ Reworked pathing and zones so players do not get stuck as often
→ Increased range of which players can jump over terrain to prevent players having to dismount as often
  • Social
→ Added communities to the game (unlimited players)
→ Friends, Clan Members & Communities are prioritised to meet in the Open World if played in the same World Tier.
→ Adjustments for Open World can be made at the World Tier Statue in Kyvoshad:
Level difference ± X you can see in the Open World
Max players ± X you can see in the Open World (minimum 4)
  • Social (Group Finder)
→ Added Group Finder tool to make it easier to find likeminded players with the same goals.
You create a group and can choose your activity in the dropdown menu (Helltides, Questing, Dungeons, Nightmare Dungeons, Events, Silence Whispers objectives)
Creator can choose to have an auto join or request join.
Added options for the group leader to prioritise players who are on the same progression level as the group leader. For example, players can only see your group if they are able to clear a Nightmare Dungeon level X alone. Group leaders can also add a level requirement to make it easier to find players close to your own progression.
  • Fixed an issue that players Scroll of Escape did not trigger when they have been disconnected from the servers
  • Stronghold Vyeresz in Hawezar unlocks a new waypoint

I figured this would be a good patch

Wasn’t that already posted the other day?

I added a few fixes/ recommendations and changed a few typos.

You could have just edited your original post.

I thought the post got removed?

Can’t be 1/10 if I fixed the whole game in 15 points

Now when willl this patch come out because we seriously need these now, not in a month’s time.

Yeah as much as some changes sound fun, but the amount of work that is involved in all those changes takes time and is probably impossible to implement within 2 weeks or so  Maybe everyone should learn a bit of development to get a sense of time what is possible and what not so we can all adapt expectations a little lol
Considering that D4 hasn’t been out for long I am already impressed they could implement so much community feedback in such short time.

Oh look another wishlist

Seriously these changes are showing how unfinished and un-thoughtthough this product is, its mind-boggling.

@Drood: you mean we should just learn making our own d4? Or you mean its a long thing to do a game, so this game still in beta and lot of work they going to take to satisfy customer expectation?

Indeed as much as paying the devs some money sounds fun, to raise the figures involved would take time. Lets pay them in promises and good cheer instead. A note of warning though if the devs should demonstrate excessive negativity at our new policy we must be ready to implement decisive pay cuts when the promised day of salary payment finally arrives. IF it arrives.

Problem is, this not the patchnote. “Proof” is the exact same troll post, from the same user 3 days ago: Big leak for season update here

Only a troll (hence the report that he get I guess). There was some things announced during the latest campfire chat, but there was no official release of the 1.1.1 patch note afaik.

troll is gonna be trolling
