Has the patch broken item level drops? Im level 91 doing Ances Nighmare level 39 dungeons and the item level’s dropping are lev 60? Anyone else having this issue?

I farmed a lot of dungeons in real life instead of rushing end game and got lots of gold through my experience so I can afford to do what others struggle with now

How much does Blizzard hate their player community?
Honestly.
Resistances have been broken since launch. So, instead of fixing them for their first major patch, they instead nerf everything else to keep your character alive… Yup… Priorities…
This patch is a giant F**k you to the entire player base. (Minus the Blizzard s*ckboys who will defend everything they do)
We all paid $70+ for a game that isn’t even out of an Alpha testing state.
Baldur’s Gate 3 and Starfield can’t get here soon enough to leave this trash game behind.

They capped the level requirements for the items. The item power is still the same. Same gear, just we can now share it with our alts.
TLDR; Gamers out smarted our developers yet again, this time we’re nerfing everything FUN into the ground with the hopes that it takes you moronic white knights an extra few weeks to finish the exact same content that was released when the game launched…
