Patch notes notes (haha) -very short

OK I just read all of it.

I even read the classes I was not going to play immediately this coming season . Look I could be wrong, but the Rogue was already squishy and unless the word ‘reduced’ means something different, it looks like it is going to be even squishier. DoK (Dance of Knives) was looking good for the first time too, maybe it still will be, I guess everyone will find out if they over-nerfed it or not. that was going to be my second after I’d completed one. I guess I’ll see.

The teleport changes look good for sorcerer as does the Grizzly rage for the Druid.

There’s more but I figure others will have their own opinions and feedback for BLIZZARD.

The new pants for dok was not that amazing on PTR. But at least its something.

They were saying basically that it randomly did too much damage in the patch notes so they fixed it. Honestly, I thought it was working like every other decent skill for the first time. I guess we’ll see.

that was double damage temper that sometimes would stack like crazy. The pants drop these small knifes that are hard to see but stack uptil 60%. Dok surely will do t3 but you might need a boatload of paragons for armor to not just die in t4, and even with poison traps, t4 was a bit of a slog but I guess doable.

idk bro I never understood the Rogue = squishy perception, you have access to a lot of defensive stuff, and you can become quite tanky if you actually use it. Dark Shroud alone is incredible, and is probably one of the best defensive skills in the game.

I’ve played HC Rogue every season and I haven’t had any issues surviving, though obviously it’s a different mentality, and you have to be prepared to sacrifice offensive power for defensives sometimes.

It will be interesting to see how this changes in S11. We definitely need a shake-up, since the game has become trivially easy to the point of hilarity. The two-hit combo of increasing monster threat while reducing defensive capabilities is certainly going to be… interesting :joy:

Personally, I’m really looking forward to it, especially if will actually be possible to die again (I haven’t lost one for at least 4 or 5 seasons).
