The patch that was largely discussed during today’s chat will be coming “in a couple of weeks”. Not today.
They said a hot fix was coming later today

Yes - they did say there was a patch today. SO … nothing has changed cause they said NOTHING what today patch was even fixing. THey gave ZERO info and we are supposed to belive one word they are saying now?
Didn’t they say the hotfix was adjusting NM dungeon difficulty?

You’re not wrong, I found it rather funny that they mentioned giving us patch notes before patches came out, then proceed to tell us there is a hotfix coming, but not what it will be fixing.

They discussed what the hotfix would have in the livestream, no idea what you are talking about.

They said the hotfix coming later today was to bring nightmare dungeons in line with their vision that was supposed to coincide with the “detuning” from the patch. It’s supposed to bring the difficulty of NM100 down to the approximate difficulty of current NM70. This hotfix is also supposed to increase NM dungeon monster density across all levels and increase monster density in some parts of Helltide events. All of this was mentioned during the fireside chat. They also said they were going post the hotfix/patch notes today as well.
Side note: Did you actually watch the chat and just miss them mentioning this multiple times, or did you not watch it and just come here to complain?

He said “Again we do have a hotfix we will be rolling out this afternoon, we will be having notes related to that hotfix here really soon, and there’s a lot of changes in there including the nightmare changes we discussed.”
This was all that was said at the end of the livestream, still waiting on those notes “soon™”. Would like more specifics then just “a lot of changes”. NM fixes are all well and good, but it’s obvious they know what the patch notes are, they just don’t want to release them during or even after the live stream.

Go back and watch the whole stream and you’ll see the parts where they talk about the content of todays hotfix, not just the very end where they briefly give a reminder that it’s coming today.
Yeah they definitely said the scaling of NM dungeons as well as density in NMD and helltides was rolling out in a hotfix today.
NM dungeon density is ridiculous with the amount of elites and CC instantly that they have….any increase in density would kill HC plays…what da fun are they thinking
They said the hot fix was substantial and only mentioned NM dungeons I hope that isn’t all they are fixing
NM dungeons are going to be a lot easier now also tho, nm100 is going to feel like nm70 they said
Wait and see, it’s definitely a PR stunt. I have no faith in that company, but the devs seemed genuine enough. Not gonna improve any reviews of the game or play much until they fix this mess.
