Wow, just Fn WOW I mean, they really out did themselves with giving ANY sort of hint for what they were working on whilst not giving QOL improvements, or bug fixes or ANYTHING… just “stability improvements”.
I’m sure they’re working at a furious pace to get the next rotation of store items though, and the popup to go along with them. Probably have those planned out to the minute for the next 3 years.
I can’t wait for armored core 6 to release. It can’t possibly be worse than this.
The barber causes lag; they changed something to fix that. Then they changed something else and it horked the proc calculations. Turns out that trying to improve the way you calculate an ability to make more efficient can also cause unintended gameplay changes. So they rolled it back. They weren’t “messing with items.”
Which is why there have been many reports of players stating damage has gone down with Barber and the possibility of a new internal GCD, also how on earth does the barber cause lag. I have never once lagged using it.
Really? Where TF did you read that in their “patch notes”… go ahead, show me where.
Yeah they MAY have been working kn fixing the lag with “further stability improvements” but they also could’ve been working on those issues where the game dumped to the dashboard on consoles, or PC.
I mean, either or is just as likely, or maybe they were working on something else that improves stability. Or just improves lag/loading. Say… not loading every a$$holes entire inventory and stash when you walk past them on the map… you know, OPTIONS
Ya know what, go yourself.
You’re defending a company that doesn’t care about you. They just want your money and don’t care how terrible their product is. Almost on par with defending cigarettes, it makes no sense.
God, whats the big deal with “stability improvements” - as a patch note. really, sometimes all thats left to say is… keep the tantrum tears for your pillow.
some posts here are clearly made by little drama queens.
imagine… a company that wants to earn money… welcome to the world.
One on hand, a company trying to fix a game that you clearly don’t enjoy and could stop playing at any time.
On the other hand… a literal cancer-causing product with addictive qualities so strong that there’s literal INDUSTRIES devoted to profiting off of your inability to quit.
Such comparison, much sameness…
And because I know I’ll be called a shill otherwise… I too would love to see more detailed notes on what improvements were made. But I bet you 100% that those notes would be boring as hell and would likely go over the heads of 90% of the forum user-base.
so you even bought a skin considering you paid 130$? yea, must be a terrible experience you have.
Really, take a break from the game, get your head calm, and clear. no offense towards you as a person, but you know, this is rather one of the more ridiculous threads
well the game price ranges from 70, to 100 bucks. sooooo, i dont see where this adds up to 130 bucks :o
Long Story short, devs arent your employees just because you paid 130 bucks. It might be hard to believe, but theres no need for them to explain the details of “stability improvements”
Completely agree that full detail notes would be only for the programmers out there, but there’s a hell of a chasm between “further stabilization improvements” and the requirement of needing a university course in programming to understand the notes.
Something simple like, "yeah we’re working on fixing the lag, or x, or y, or a b and c. ANYTHING is better than an 8 word “update”.
Canadian. You are aware that there are more countries than just the United States right?
Some of them even use dollars as a currency.
What a foreign concept that must be.
Then there are taxes too… I did fail to include those in my initial claim, that’s on me.
155 or 165 bucks is what the total was. Somewhere around there.
