I just killed Lillith on T2 after installing the patch that should have resolved the issue, but did not receive my spark. She dropped two legendary items and that was all. Please investigate.

I have the same issue. Defeated Lilith yesterday after patch, have also defeated a handful of Tormented Bosses on T1 & T2 yet I only have 1 spark still.
This also impacts PC. I killed ladder bosses up to T3 both before and after the patch and no spark. I only have the one from finishing the seasonal journey.
Same issue here–I have beaten her across multiple torment tiers, solo and with other players and have not received a spark
Got 2 sparks, 1 from season journey completion cache en 1 from Lilith (I think).
Not sure if we’re supposed to get a spark for killing 1st tormented boss, can’t find any official info on it.
