Patch - Bugs fixed (necro)

I still need to test, but looks most necro bugs will be fixed.

Sounds like Iron golem damage (active skill) was a display bug.

PS: im so happy with D4, necro is now awesome with many minion build options. D4 LoH questline have a awesome history.

Complete list:

Necromancer

  • Fixed an issue where Shadow Mage Damage Over Time upgrades did not benefit from certain damage multipliers.

  • Fixed an issue where the bonus damage from the Deathgrip unique item was less than intended.

  • Fixed an issue where Will of Rathma dealt Physical damage instead of Shadow damage.

  • Fixed an issue where Blood Mist with the Blood Rush Skill Variant no longer scaled with Skill Ranks.

  • Fixed an issue where Creeping Cadaver tooltips misrepresented its interaction with Corpse Tendrils Skill Variants.

  • Fixed an issue where Blood Lance with the Blood Seeker Skill Variant applied its damage bonus to the wrong target.

  • Fixed an issue where Hewed Flesh did not increase Corpse Skill damage.

  • Fixed an issue where Book of the Dead minion limits were incorrect after Sacrificing minions.

  • Fixed an issue where Skeleton Mages did not revive correctly after player death.

  • Fixed an issue where Decrepify Skill Variants failed to provide their stated bonuses.

  • Fixed an issue where Golem Unstoppable upgrades did not allow the Golem to be cast while crowd‑controlled.

  • Fixed an issue where the Necrotic Carapace Aspect caused the tooltip for Maximum Skeletons to be increased.

  • Fixed an issue where the Vulnerable Upgrade for Skeleton warrior would sometimes apply Vulnerable to the Necromancer when your pets passively teleported to catch up to you.

  • Fixed an issue where the Fel Gluttony upgrade for Golem did not consume corpses and reduce its own cooldown as expected.

  • Fixed an issue where minion health could fluctuate after player death.

Some others:

  • Fixed an issue where Necromancer Talisman set bonuses did not apply full Minion Life bonuses.
  • Fixed an issue where certain skill upgrades and legendary effects could stack or persist incorrectly until respec or gear changes.(all classes)
  • Fixed an issue where some skills, passives, and tooltips did not update correctly at higher ranks.(all classes)

Don’t see a fix where shadow and cold mages lose their darkness or cold tags. Also no fix for amethist not increasing the damage of minions with darkness skill tags, but skulls are able to increase it, like it’s physical damage.

Whatever, they will land it 13/05, so perhaps they will do something till there.

I hope they fixed thorns dmg/inherit on minions. I really hope! 7 seasons suffering with same bugs (and every season a little bit more)! hahaahah.

They also could buff some items (set bonuses and uniques), skills and glyphs…

I just notice how overpower is unballanced…

Rathma set talisma bonus (5° set) need to change to improve all summon damage instead AotD only…

Yep. I hope they make something like that next seasons or add 1-2 new sets per season. D4 have space to make all archetypes perform better.

I can tell you the the Decrepify ‘Cooldown Reduction’ still does not proc in most instances.

Maybe that’s what they meant by “Fixed an issue where Decrepify Skill Variants failed to provide their stated bonuses,” maybe not. One way or another it’s a rather major issue that severely limits minion builds.

[Edit: It does work, kinda. I reset, then respent the points in Decrepify and now it seems to work. So if you’re having the same issue, reset your skill points and try that]

Thorns dmg from minions was not fixed. 7 seasons guys.. 7 seasons reporting that issue and NEVER was fixed.

Is it me or is the radament set also kinda wacky? I mean that ultimate abilities are receiving neither the profane nor the macabre tag. so the cooldown reduction can’t work properly for them.

The ults do get tags but only one of them. Depends on the ult. However the biggest thing is the 225x (maybe the first 30x) DOES NOT WORK ON GOLEM which is huuuuuge….would be better set for golem builds but ive been using Shroud set for now pushing 117 tower

To note, golem does get +macabre skills from gear and the cd reduction from set

ALSO to note….the tooltip damage of golem DOES change….but on a dummy the damage stays exactly the same wether you have 4/5 or 5/5 set

Guess they didnt fix gargantua passive from the golem either.. :rofl:

Hmm is it me or does the 50% summon attack speed NOT affect cult leader? Damage numbers look the same but it does seem to actually affect overall dps (obviously since they attack faster)

No Book of Necro sacrifice? (i didn’t see any change at all )

Deathgrip and Pact of Bone still don’t seem to fully reflect stats or may not be working properly.

New patch DPS gain → basically NULL (at least for my physical summon build).

AoTD removes 50% HP but adds less than 50% DPS?

Rathma’s Chosen → Charm set also feels like the 60% bonus isn’t being applied correctly.

Cult Leader still doesn’t seem to work properly either (83% AS minion and no bonus )

Since we now have less stat display, we really need better tracking UI and detailed stat displays for each minion.

Ive felt like the Cult leader isnt working too but then i simply went to dummy and unspected cult and saw dmg drop instantly. So it seems to somewhat work.

Is it to true that the Golem Skill Gargantua doesn’t work until you remove it from the skill bar and re-add it every time you enter a new area? Saw a YouTuber claiming that yesterday.
