I realize software is vastly complex and there are unintended interactions but
A SIMPLE DEDICATED TEST TEAM
would catch most of it and have less issues like this.
But, NO, throw it out there and fix it as we go. Horrible way to do things but the most cost effective. Or even better, don’t fix it and call it a new feature.
Minimal effort, and they keep getting away with it. People keep giving them chance after chance and complain on here but keep going back. They have no incentive to up their game.
