HELP !! Patch 1.3.3 nerfed my Rain of arrows by 65 percent !! It was supposed to increase the damage by 10 percent but instead it reduced my damage from 395K to 190K !! I can no longer kill the Big Bosses in less than 10 minutes :-))
Like Rapid Fire, they “buffed” by +10% and nerf… oops, “fixed” the precision mutiplier by -25% 
if you are using a bow. If you are using a crossbow, losing about 50% or more of the damage seems “right”.
