Patch 1.1.1 Bug: Nightmare Dungeon Reward Items at the End Missing

Hi Blizzard. I did my second Nightmare dungeon since the release of the patch today and i didnt get the Reward Items after Killing the Nightmare Dungeon Boss. The Glyph Upgrade appears.
