Can’t find any 70-74 level dungeon on world tier 4 mode.
Patch 1.1 ruined the gameplay for levels 70-71 players; on world tier 4 mode all normal dungeons are now very difficult to finish because the mobs are level +75, and of course 4 levels higher mobs on the torment tier are extremely challenge.
Not to mention the difficult level of nightmare sigil dungeons with +4 levels mobs. The result is that it is almost imposible to do normal or nightmare dungeons on the world tier 4 mode until you hit level 72 or 73.
These changes sadly remove dungeons as a leveling option for players during levels 70-71.
