Patch 1.0.3 crashing to desktop

Is anyone else getting crashes after updating to this patch version? I can’t even leave the game idle without it crashing? Its not related to my PC never had this issue before.

Security and Maintenance App windows 10 all updates done …unistalled Battle.Net reinstalled…right back again… normally I can fix it… even cleaned the registry …nope

I was about to fix this by downclocking my CPU from 4.5Ghz to 4Ghz in windows.
