Party Finder Not Accessible - Error Code 316770

When going to the Party Finder in Game on Xbox, it states “You are not able to access Party Finder on this account.”

I have Xbox Game Pass, I have deleted and re-installed the game, but I cannot access Party Finder. I am curious what could be causing this interference?

I have cross play enabled, I am online and can see/interact with other players, just can’t access Party Finder.

I have D4 with the expansion and battle pass on PS5 and I can’t access it either.

Same here, however on the top of that, I can’t interact with anyone, though I can see other players.

Same here. Can’t inspect, invite to party etc.
