Only seems to happen when we ‘T out’ at the end of an Undercity. The party breaks up. Two of us. We are both ‘bound’ to the Whisper Tree as our ‘T’ destination.

Same thing. Also, I can’t “Exit Dungeon” - the option is greyed out.
