Without Opportunist my resource generation is 6.1%. Equipping Opportunist increases the resource generation from 6.1% → 14.1%. The increase in 8% seems to only be from the base value from Opportunist. The bonus should be applying an additional 4%, but this is not working for me or the tool tip under character → stats → utility is not showing it correctly.
