Paragon build fix

Please frontload more points early.

Ie. From 50 -60 maybe 8 per level, 60-80 6 per level and then the last 20 maybe 2 or 1 per level(or however it works out)
This way we can have builds done quicker and if we dont max the character we can still complete builds and enjoy the game.

Also please if we dont get loadouts at least add a refund all button to the paragon boards.

I would like a “Refund THIS paragon board” button instead of “Return ALL my points.”
Gaining four paragon points per level is fine. We have Lilith Altars to grab plus Renown that gives out more points. It’s a slow process but we’ll get there eventually. It’s not like paragon board are mandatory to do content.
