so i purchased the dlc lord of hatred through Sony store page was able to play as paladin but was missing some cosmetics. I upgraded to deluxe edition and then to ultimate in order to get the umbral cosmetic. However since doing that i can no longer play as paladin. It’s saying i need to purchase the dlc. But in my psn store the addon is already purchased. And when making a support ticket they said there was nothing they could do and to submit something to a dev team to see… wtf.
This doesn’t surprise me. I bought Standard and when I try to upgrade I get an error message. The game knows to only charge me the additional $50 but won’t let me complete the transaction. Support sent me some canned bs answers that are useless…. I guess I should be thankful it was sent in English given where support is based
