Three paid transmogs have disappeared from my account. I talked to Blizzard customer support and they said I still own these transmogs and the reason they are not showing is due to a bug. The next big patch is in 3 days and hopefully that will fix that. Usually bugs concerning cosmetics are common unfortunately, that is why i think Blizzard should look into them as a serious issue. Blizzard if you are listening, please do something about missing transmogs.

I lost all of my townportal cosmetics today from the Dark Pathways bundle.
I opened a ticket and was told to post here about it instead, and marked “Answered”.
I will continue to re-open the ticket until I get resolution and I will make a new thread here to bring awareness to the issue as it seems multiple people are affected by the same issue with Dark Pathways (that we purchased in Feb.)
The Dark Pathway cosmetic bundle is the exact “Add-on” paid cosmetic I am missing too. This is no coincidence. This is a bug for sure. In addition to the dark pathways purchase, I lost two other add-ons including the Vitreous Scourge and the Shards of Vulcan add-ons. If anyone has lost any of these three add-ons as of late please comment here. Hopefully Blizzard will fix this bug and this likely is a bug.
