Hello,
After the season 7 update/release I am having issues when changing my character’s Wardrobe. It’s not impacting game play, but it’s annoying.
When I go into my characters customization tab, a wardrobe in any city, or a stable master in any city, I can change my cosmetic selections for each piece of gear.
None of those cosmetic selections show what season they are from or what theme they go with.
I see the “cards” or “leaf” and “Theme:” for purchased items, but no description.
It is working fine on my wife’s computer connected to the same network and same hardware models.
It worked fine over the weekend before seaon 7, but seems broken since the season 7 patch.
Both PCs:
Windows 11 Pro, most recent updates, etc.
Hard wired 2.5G network connected to a 10G switch with 1G fiber internet.
AMD Ryzen 7 5700X 8-Core Processor
64.0 GB RAM
1TB Samsung 990Pro M.2 in PCI gen 4 slot
Nvidia RTX 3060 running Game Ready Driver 566.36
Here’s what I’ve tried:
I’ve rebooted multiple times and tried running the “scan and repair” and “check for updates” options, but nothing works.
I deleted the “Diablo IV” directory in “Program files (x86)”, rebooted, and reinstalled.
I deleted the “Diablo IV” directory and the “Battle.net” directory in “Program files (x86)”, rebooted, and reinstalled.
I used Revo to remove Diablo IV and Battle.net from my PC, rebooted, and reinstalled.
None of this worked.
In fact, after looking more closley, I’m missing half my cosmetics.
I noticed that 3 full purchased sets for my Sorcerer are mostly missing except for a random piece from each.
Mounts, portals, gravestones. All in various states of availability.
Every time I log out and log in, my Stable master, wardrobe, map, etc all show that I have new items to view.
My mount will show a different picture, but summon the mount I set.
All of this is very odd behaviour.
Can someone help me figure this out?
I’ve been looking around the net to see if I can find a fix and all I find are other people with a similar problem.
I can understand that this may be a hard bug to track down, but it’s affecting things I paid real money for.
If it were ‘free’ items I wouldn’t mind too much, but it’s affecting everything.
Thank you

Follow-up 2-7-2025
I knew this would be futile, but I thought I’d try anyway.
Just for the heck of it I uninstalled Diablo IV & Battle.net
I removed every left over file related to either
I removed any reference to Diablo, Battle.net, Battlenet, and Blizzard from my registry
I removed the Diablo IV directory in my “Documents” folder
I rebooted multiple times
Once I was sure everything was gone from my C drive and my registry
I reinstalled Battle.net
then I reinstalled Diablo IV
Then I launched Diablo IV and went through initial setup
Once my character list was loaded I entered the world on my seasonal character with default settings. Same problem.
Then I checked out my eternal characters. Same problem.
Since this isn’t a problem on my end I can only assume it’s on a Blizzard server somewhere.
Is there anything you can do to look into this?
How does one get someone from Blizzard to respond to a post?
Am I doing this right?
