I am a bit confused about Pacts. I have four powers in the circle that are activated. All of the pacts are maxed out on the armor. However when I try to add another power it always says insufficient pacts. I am sure I am doing something easily corrected but I am not sure what. Any help would be great please. Thank you!
If all of your pact slots are full on your armor, but one or more of your powers are not activated, this just means that you have the wrong type of pacts on some of your armor.
As Rishon has said, you need to look at the requirements for each vampiric power, and make sure you have the corresponding types and amounts on your gear.
If you do happen to have any free pact slots on your armor, you may be able to simply add the missing pacts to make up the shortfall. However, in your current cast, where your armor slots are all maxed, you will need to use the cleansing acid to remove all of the pacts from one or more of your armor pieces, and then add the exact pacts that you need.

1 more thing is the max pacts u can get
3+5+5+4+3= 21, so whatever you put in the sanguine circle cannot exceed 21 if you wish to activate it.

Oh, can you actually get yourself into an impossible position (i.e. stack more “high needs” powers than you can actually support?)
That’s funny. I guess I’ve always chosen somewhat balanced sets, if I never happened to get into that scenario. Good to know though!
Use the wipe all, then put on the pacts you need, it is pretty irrelevant.
