Every build that uses overpower seems to be s tier atm.
Can someone explain why my Hemmoraghe basic necro skill overpowers almost every fifth cast? That seems impossible with 3%. And i am not getting enough Blood Orbs to reduce the 12 second ulitmate skill cooldown.
