Beastfall Boots + Banished Lord’s Talisman=Barrage overpowers a LOT and when Barrage overpowers, every arrow from that cast gets Overpower damage. Then you add on the guaranteed crits to the overpower damage…
Ohhh boy. I think there’s some serious potential for Rouges to break Overpower.
Yeah I run that build with TB and it’s immortal with good damage. It’s a lot better with TB because that is a cooler and more fun skill to use than ez-lazy barrage.
i have a rouge build on barrage, right now i am at a stale mate with the progress, i cant move forward in the pits or the horde or whatever it is. if anyone that is an expert at rouge wants to take a look at my build and make some suggestions, i would be happy to listen. other wise i am done for the season and will wait for the next d3 season to start up.
