There seems to be a very high chance when killing a lot of enemies simultaneously with Death Blow + Overkill that it won’t reset. This combination was working fine in season 4, so I can only surmise that “* Fixed an issue where Death Blow wasn’t being consistently reset when enemies were killed by shockwaves created by Overkill.” actually made it worse.
