Had one drop yesterday, the bonk is fantastic. Even if I didn’t use DB it was like a 2000 DPS boost.
What’s the best way to use this? I placed it into my leapquake build and it’s “ok” but it fights against the rotation too much as chain DBing makes the 4 leap move chain feel clunky.

what level are you?
for me, it did half as much damage as my existing mace
shame, as i was excited to try the new version
to be fair, it’s only 4 levels of death blow when it’s upgraded fully instead of 6, but there’s no way another 2 will make up the difference

72 it was my first ancestral weapon
I have rank 18 for death blow, 4 helm, 6 from overkill, 3 from amulet, and I use weapon master glyph for the extra 2 second cooldown and use an extra weapon mastery skill. I try to go for as much overpower as I can. The weapon mastery aspect for an extra charge. Call Familiar and Blood boil are really good vampiric powers. I have been leveling with this for a while and the damage is usually a AOE 1 shot. The damage on bosses though seems average so I change my set up a bit for that. I am sure there are lots of guides to optimize the use more than what I am getting out of it, but it has been crazy fun to use for me.
