I just spent $25 on an outfit, but it won’t save on my character despite repeated clicks of Confirm Look. I even bought a new ensemble tab, hoping that’d help. Nope. I’d like a refund if I can’t use the item I just bought. How do I make that happen?
Edit: I found a workaround: equip each item and then close the wardrobe without clicking Confirm Look. On the warning dialog (you have unsaved changes), click Save.

Bumping this. The workaround doesn’t even work for me. I’ve tried so many different things… So many times. Diablo 4 has to be the buggiest game I’ve ever played.
No dice with the suggested fix… this is frustrating
I have a similar issue on my 2 eternal characters (SC druid and sorceress), where applying a transmog to the staff doesn’t get saved. For whatever reason, a new character (seasonal, HC, druid) the same staff transmog works no problem.
Just to test, if you create a new character, does it let you save the transmog?
I’m having this problem on my rogue right now. It won’t save my transmog. It works for all the other classes though.
I figured how to save my garments overwrite. make sure to equip the weapons on the saved slot and then remove the transmog from the weapons on that slot and save it to the slot. then you can change any part of the outfit you want with weapons of your choice also make sure that you have the same weapon type that you slot is the same as the outfit you want to overwrite. it worked for me it may work for you.
