In french, gender of the character is used to correctly spell the title, displayed under the character name for other players in the main 3D view.
There’s a bug that makes the title alternatively printed for male gender and female gender so that it flickers on the screen.

Yes, I have seen all players names (above their characters heads) flicker at the same time together, especially noticable in town with many players around, world bosses, etc… Please fix or provide a workaround.
Exactly. Problem with flickering still occurs in the latest patch… Please fix it or add an option to disable other players names and titles.
Still there with version 1.3.5.51869.
How do we know that the dev team has acknowledged the issue (if not planned to fix it ?) ?
I can see that title is changing between male and female version
