Orbiting twisting blades (Bladedancer's) are bugged and no longer reduce cooldowns

This kind of jaded response is sad, we shouldn’t be seeing nerfs to viable builds, we should be seeing buffs to garbage builds. Shouts were outright broken with 100% uptime and they are literally the most boring part of barbarians. It would be like if running 3x imbue was the best build, it would be awful.

Not really jaded more like it’s from experience of playing blizzard games and arpgs for over 20 years.

They were that way but before the nerf then again wizards can get infinite mana and druids can get infinite spirt and necros can get infinite essence. You guys could get infinite energy with true sight before the nerf. Your point is moot. Now you are literally required to run 3 shouts to even manage to handle your best in slot Key passive.

All in all just brace for the nerfs because they are going to keep coming at this rate.
And I’ll say it again we are going to have to adapt around the nerfs that blizzard puts out.

Its so bad, TBH,
Playing this build gives me carpal tunnel just to kill things walking here and there.
Before Nerf, you can gather enemies with death trap, now is so painful, you need to time those death trap to only and only special ocasion, and when it fail, it punish you horidly by giving you almost a minute cooldown while those range enemies kill you…
While watching those Wizards shooting rapid ice machine guns and destroying most of things in front of you makes you feel so envious and question why the hell do i play this class in the first place…

I am also having this bug, no matter how many blades I have spinning, no cooldowns are being lowered.

Has anyone else here tried the Twisting Blades Daze variant instead of the CD-redux? The former combined with Crit-Knock-Down combo is much stronger now that the CD-redux has been nerfed to 40 percent its original values.

I tested Flurry as well, and it works better at clearing trash mobs, while Twisting Blades with Daze is a stronger single-target killer at higher levels.
